How Kind Stitch is organized

Kind Stitch makes embroidered matching apparel for couples and families, and the store has three layers. The collections are where you shop. The help pages are where you plan: sizes, delivery dates and how personalization works. The policy pages are where the promises live: returns, refunds, privacy and the terms of every order. Most visitors move through them in that order, but you can start anywhere. Every page has the same footer, so the links to support and to the key policies are always one scroll away.

Quick routes for common goals

The collections

Each collection groups products by how you will wear them together. A product can appear in more than one collection; a names-and-dates hoodie, for instance, also lives with the couple hoodies. Collections with nothing in them are hidden automatically from the list above, so every link there leads to products you can order today.

Shop all

Shop all is the complete catalog in one grid: pullover hoodies, the full-zip hoodie, crewneck sweatshirts, the quarter-zip, short-sleeve, long-sleeve and pocket tees, the kids crewneck, the baby bodysuit, the cuffed beanie and two-piece pair sets. Use it when you are browsing for ideas rather than searching for a particular garment, or when you want to compare a hoodie and a sweatshirt version of the same design side by side.

Couple Hoodies

Couple Hoodies holds the designs made in halves: a moon for one of you and a star for the other, waves that meet when you stand together, initials that read as a pair. Most of these are sold one hoodie at a time so each person picks their own size and color. That is how Maya ends up with the Moon half in L and Jordan with the Star half in S, as two lines in the same cart and one parcel at the door. Some designs are offered as a two-piece pair set, where the second hoodie’s size is chosen in its own field on the same product page.

Couple Sweatshirts

Couple Sweatshirts covers crewnecks and the quarter-zip, for anyone who prefers a cleaner neckline or plans to layer over a collared shirt for dinner. The personalization options mirror the hoodies, so a design you like in one collection usually has a sweatshirt cousin here.

Couple Tees

Couple Tees is the lighter-weight corner of the store: short-sleeve, long-sleeve and pocket tees. Tees suit warmer months, beach photos and layering under the full-zip. Small left-chest embroidery reads especially well on a pocket tee.

Family Matching

Family Matching is where adults, kids, toddlers and babies come together. It includes the kids crewneck, the baby bodysuit and the adult pieces that match them. A family of four in Big Star / Little Star tees might order adult L, adult M, Youth S and 3T, and every one of those sizes is chosen right on the product page. Mama & Mini sets also live here.

Names & Dates

Names & Dates collects the designs where your text is the design: first names, initials, a wedding date in roman numerals such as XII.VI.MMXIX, a family name with “Est.” and the year it all started, or a line of sleeve text. If you already know exactly what you want stitched, start here.

Size Guide

The Size Guide explains our size ranges and how to choose. Adults pick from unisex S–3XL (2XL adds $2 and 3XL adds $4), kids from youth XS–XL, little ones from toddler 2T–4T, babies from 6M, 12M and 18M, and the beanie is one size. The guide shows you how to measure a garment you already love and compare it, which is the most reliable way to choose when a partner falls between sizes.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping & Delivery covers where we ship and how long it takes. We ship from the USA to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and shipping is free with no minimum. Each order takes 1–3 business days to embroider and pack, then 7–14 business days in transit. If you are ordering for an anniversary, Valentine’s Day or a holiday photo, read this page first and count backward from your date.

Payment Methods explains how checkout works. The payment options available are shown at checkout, and your payment details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.

About Us and FAQs

About Us tells you who Kind Stitch is and why we make matching pieces. FAQs answers the questions we hear most: how the live preview works, which thread colors are available (White, Black, Terracotta, Navy and Mustard), how to wash embroidery, and whether you can mix colors within a set.

Order help: after you order

Something you need to change, check or send back? These pages are built for the days after checkout.

Order Tracking

Order Tracking lets you look up an order’s status with your order number and email address. When a tracking number is available, we also email it to you.

Cancel or Change an Order

Cancel or Change an Order explains the 24-hour window. We embroider exactly what you type and there is no proof step, so if you notice “Est. 2061” where you meant “Est. 2016”, write to us within 24 hours of ordering and we will fix it free of charge. The same window covers size swaps, color changes, address corrections and full cancellations.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges describes how to send something back. Any item, including personalized pieces, can be returned within 60 days of delivery, and we provide a free return label even for a change of mind. This is the page for a Mama & Mini set where the mini has outgrown her size, or a pair where one hoodie fits and the other does not.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy covers the money side: refunds are sent within 7 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method or as store credit, and store credit never expires.

Help Center, Contact Us and Submit a Ticket

The Help Center gathers short how-to guides by topic. Contact Us lists how to reach us: email only, at [email protected], with a reply within 24 hours on business days. Submit a Ticket gives you a ready-made email for each type of request, with the subject line already filled in, so your message reaches the right place the first time.

Policies and legal pages

A typical path through the store

1. Browse a collection, for example Couple Hoodies, and open a design you both like.
2. Check the Size Guide for each person who will wear it.
3. Fill in the personalization fields and read the live preview slowly, letter by letter.
4. Add each piece to the cart, choosing its own size and color, then check out.
5. Read your confirmation email the same day; you have 24 hours to change anything.
6. Watch for the shipping email after 1–3 business days, and the tracking number when one is available.
7. If something does not fit, start a return within 60 days of delivery.

Finding the right page for your occasion

Anniversaries and Valentine’s Day

Start in Names & Dates if the date itself is the gift, or in Couple Hoodies for a paired motif. Then open Shipping & Delivery and add 1–3 business days of processing to 7–14 business days of transit before you settle on a plan. Ordering early leaves room for the 24-hour change window if you spot a typo.

Holiday and family photos

Family Matching keeps every size range in one place, from 6M bodysuits to adult 3XL. Check the Size Guide for kids who are growing quickly; it is often worth choosing the size that fits now rather than one to grow into, because a photo day comes sooner than a growth spurt.

Gifts sent to someone else

You can ship an order straight to the people who will wear it, in any of our four countries. A grandparent in Canada receives the parcel in the same 7–14 business days of transit as a US address. At checkout, simply enter the recipient’s name and address as the shipping address; the FAQs cover common gift questions, and the Returns & Exchanges page explains what happens if a gifted size needs to change.

Choosing a thread color

Thread colors are White, Black, Terracotta, Navy and Mustard. Light thread stands out on dark garments and dark thread on light ones; the live preview on each product page is the best place to compare before you decide.

Tips for finding things faster

• The search box in the header looks through product names, so try a motif (“moon”, “waves”) or a garment (“quarter-zip”).
• Collection pages can be sorted, which helps when you are comparing a hoodie and a tee version of the same idea.
• Product pages show every available size, color and personalization field before you add to cart, along with the maximum characters for each text field.
• On a phone, the menu icon opens the same collections listed on this page, and the footer links reach every policy.
