There is no proof step, so take a moment with the spelling — and if you spot a typo, tell us within 24 hours and we will fix it.

Your pieces are embroidered after you order and processed in 1–3 business days. You can change or cancel within 24 hours of ordering.

Delivery takes 7–14 business days to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, with free shipping and 60-day returns.

Can we order different sizes?
Yes — that is the whole idea. Each piece is sold one by one, so choose your own size for each person. Pair sets ask for both sizes on the product page. The Size Guide explains how to measure.
Will I see a proof of my names or date?
No. The live preview on the product page shows your text, and we embroider exactly what you type. Please check the spelling; you can change or cancel within 24 hours of ordering.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and arrive in 7–14 business days in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is free with no minimum. More on our Shipping & Delivery page.
What if it doesn't fit?
You have 60 days to return it, we send a free return label, and the refund is sent within 7 days of the return reaching us. See the Returns & Exchanges Policy.
